Our story so far
Oakley NE Ltd is a professional and experienced construction company, formed in 2011 by Paul Allan and Andrew Elderbrant, who brought with them a wealth of experience from their respective careers in joinery and engineering.
The business has evolved from providing small scale building work to working on large housing developments across the North East.
Having expanded the team and relocated to a larger premises on the Team Valley in 2019, the business has continued to grow working alongside a range of North East architects on exciting and innovative projects across the area.

Oakley NE is continuing to grow and as a professional contractor with a proven track record to deliver homes to budget and on schedule. Working closely with all stakeholders throughout the process, to provide a safe building environment for all of our staff and sub-contractors, as well as other members of the community in which we work, we are on a mission to establish Oakley NE as a quality house builder.
Oakley has a carefully selected pool of valued sub-contractors who work alongside us on our projects and we strive to build excellent relationships with our clients, contractors and suppliers as part of our values of excellence, integrity and collaboration which drives all that we do.
